Terms and Conditions

HandiTrailers™ is a trademark of Handi Products, Inc.

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older. Employees, immediate family members, or anyone affiliated with HandiProducts are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on April 12, 2024 at 10am and ends on May 10th at 11:59pm Central Time. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered. Winner will be announced on May 13th, 2024.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must share the giveaway post on Facebook, tag someone in the comments, and ‘like’ the HandiTrailers Facebook page. Only one entry per person is allowed. Additional entries by the same person will result in disqualification.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selection will be made within  2 days of the giveaway’s end date.
5. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via a Facebook post on HandiTrailers’ Facebook page and a direct message (DM) on Facebook. The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within the stipulated time, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a Side-mounted toolbox. Please contact the HandiTrailers team for any questions. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. HandiProducts reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value. To collect the prize, the winner must pick up the trailer from HandiTrailers’ location: 2730 S Sylvania Ave Sturtevant, WI 53177. 
7. Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants grant HandiProducts permission to use their name, profile picture, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation.
8. General Conditions: HandiProducts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in any way if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond HandiProducts’ control impairs the fairness and integrity of the giveaway. HandiProducts is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in giveaway-related materials, technical malfunctions, or lost or delayed entries.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless HandiProducts and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind related to the giveaway.
10. Facebook Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any responsibility for this giveaway.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of  Illinois. 
12. Privacy: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and only the name, profile picture and submitted content of the winner may be published.
